Dining to Bathroom

During our initial visit, this client's main "want" was a Primary en-suite and a BIG closet. The location was perfect and the price was just right-- even below her budget-- but it lacked an en-suite! With her casual style of living, we determined a formal living and dining room weren't required so we redesigned the space to be an en-suite wing. Although the offer wasn't accepted, it was still fun to imagine the space!
